Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping from Ukraine. Each watch is assembled and checked before dispatch; preparation takes 2–4 business days. Delivery to countries in the Americas takes an average of 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.

If your order has not arrived within 180 calendar days from the date you receive your tracking number, contact us to request a refund. Please contact us earlier if you have concerns about your shipment.

Movement warranty

The movement warranty stated on the product page applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Lifetime coverage means that you may contact us for warranty service for as long as the Mayatnique website exists. Other watches carry the one-year movement warranty stated on their product page.

The warranty covers movement failures that are not caused by impact or water damage. The customer pays shipping costs both to us and back to the customer for warranty service.

Returns and damage on arrival

We do not accept returns simply because you change your mind. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receiving it and send it back within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us. The customer pays return shipping costs.

Repairs

If your watch has been damaged, including by impact or water, contact us about a possible paid repair. We will discuss availability and the cost with you.

These conditions do not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.
