How long does delivery take?
We offer free worldwide shipping from Ukraine. Each watch is assembled and checked before dispatch; preparation takes 2–4 business days. Delivery to countries in the Americas takes an average of 10–20 business days after dispatch.

What if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 180 calendar days from the date you receive your tracking number, contact us to request a refund. You can contact us earlier if you have questions about your shipment.

What warranty applies?
The movement warranty is shown on each product page. It is available to the original purchaser only. The customer pays shipping costs both to us and back for warranty service. See the full warranty conditions for coverage and exclusions.

Can I return my watch?
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt and send it back within 7 days. The customer pays return shipping. See our full shipping, returns and warranty conditions. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Can you repair damaged watches?
Contact us to discuss the possibility and cost of a paid repair.
